1. Acceptance
By using JustShorten (justshorten.xyz), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Permitted use
You may use JustShorten to shorten URLs for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the content of the URLs you shorten.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use JustShorten to shorten URLs that: contain malware, spyware, or phishing content; link to illegal material; distribute spam; infringe intellectual property rights; or circumvent platform security measures. We reserve the right to delete any link and suspend any account that violates these rules without notice.
4. Free and Premium plans
The free plan is provided as-is with no service level guarantee. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. You may cancel at any time from your subscription management page. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
5. Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that causes temporary unavailability and will endeavour to give advance notice.
6. Intellectual property
JustShorten and its branding are owned by us. The URLs you shorten remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to store and redirect those URLs as part of the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustShorten is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
